Questions people ask

Do I need to request a brochure or sit through a sales call?

No. Sign up and it works straight away. We will not call or email you to sell anything. Get in touch only if you actually want to talk something through.

How far does the free plan go?

Unlimited forms and unlimited responses. Stages, auto replies and CSV export are all included. The only limit is how many people can use it, and the free plan is one. Forms carry a small Halict mark.

Is there a cap on responses?

No. Every plan is unlimited. We will never bill you more because more responses came in.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Paying yearly gives you two months free, but there is no refund if you leave part way through.

Can I move over from another form service?

Yes. Import the CSV you exported, match the columns to your questions, and your old responses come with you. Options are matched from their labels.

Where is my data kept?

On servers in Japan, and the same goes for uploaded files. Each workspace is separated at the database row level, so one workspace cannot reach another's data.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Export it as CSV before you go. After a set period we delete what is left, and we always tell you before we do.

Do respondents have to sign in?

No. They open the link and answer.

How well does the email get through?

You can send from your own domain. Opens and clicks are measured and every send is kept on record, which is what stops the same message going twice or nothing going at all.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. One question per screen suits a phone better than a long page does.

How do I pay?

By card. Get in touch if you need an invoice instead.
